First Impressions Program
Initial Steps to Awareness, Identification and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea
The First Impressions Program was developed to help sleep centers and homecare providers increase awareness and screening for OSA. The program includes modules for training your sales or marketing executives for the "total office call" when working with PCPs or other medical professionals to talk about OSA. In addition, there are support materials to help with implementing screening for OSA within the office and the importance of treatment for a patient with undiagnosed OSA. Providing your patients with a favorable first impression to therapy can positively impact their acceptance of OSA treatment.

Lasting Impressions Therapy Assurance Program
A successful sleep management program can help you achieve and sustain lasting positive outcomes for both your patients and your business. Have you considered implementing bi-level rescue of non compliant OSA patients but did not know where to start? The Lasting Impressions Therapy Assurance Program was developed to help you better understand the process of bi-level therapy for patients with OSA and how you can better identify and treat the non-compliant patient. The program contains educational pieces for your RTs describing the role of bi-level therapy in the non-compliant CPAP patient, follow-up information for those in your company that may be providing customer support services and new materials for patients with OSA. Clinical evidence stands behind the Flex Family of pressure relief technologies. Homecare providers, sleep professionals and patients stand behind it, and we stand behind the Flex Family, too. In fact, we'll make you a promise. If any patient is non-compliant on C-Flex or A-Flex, we'll credit the homecare provider 100% of the C-Flex or A-Flex unit purchase price toward the purchase of a Respironics bi-level OSA device with Bi-Flex. Some restrictions apply.

Comfort Series and My Life Series 30-Day Satisfaction Promise Program
The goal of the Comfort Series and My Life Series of masks is to help you fit "100% of your patients, 100% of the time." The program takes our intent one step further-your patient will be satisfied with our mask or we'll replace it. If a patient discontinues use of a program-approved mask in favor of another mask during the first 30 days of use, we will replace the original mask at no charge.

Sleep VIP Program - For Sleep Labs
